  • Publish both wins and losses, keep them visible
  • Explain assumptions in plain language, no hidden constraints
  • Freeze content on publish, show deltas if a correction is required

Integrity and hashes

  1. We serialize the content and metadata into a stable string
  2. We compute a SHA 256 digest and store it with the record
  3. We display the digest so anyone can check the file they downloaded
